Catrina Purcell Longoria

Catrina Longoria is a Founding Member and Partner in Longoria & Kelly, PLLC’s Eagle Pass and Carrizo Springs offices. Catrina has been practicing law in South Texas since 2005. Her practice is focused in the areas of Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Business Law and Civil Litigation. In her Real Estate practice, Catrina handles both litigation and transactional matters largely for landowners and financial institutions. She specializes in resolving title issues for her clients. The Real Estate practice carries over into representation of landowners for various matters involving oil and gas production. In addition to handling general title issues pertaining to mineral ownership, Catrina also provides landowner representation regarding seismic activity associated with oil and gas production. Catrina also regularly represents clients in business formations, transfers and disputes. Additionally, Catrina handles estate and trust administration as well as government law. Catrina is qualified to serve as a mediator in accordance with the standards of the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable in both general matters and family law matters. In 2010, Catrina was named a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in Business Litigation by Thomson Reuters. Catrina practiced 12 years in Langley & Banack, Inc.'s South Texas Offices before she founded Longoria & Kelly, PLLC.

Catrina was instrumental in the formation of Eagle Pass HEROES, Inc., a local 501(c)(3)non-profit organization which focuses on providing resources to children with special needs in Eagle Pass and she continues to serve as Executive Director/Treasurer of the organization. She is also active in the Maverick County Junior Livestock Show Association as well as other local organizations supporting the youth of her community.

Catrina is married to Luis “Ricky” Longoria and they have three sons. In her free time, she enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her family, such as caring for their show animals, dove hunting, fishing and camping.
