Kathryn Kluge

Kathryn Kluge is an Associate Attorney of Longoria & Kelly, PLLC. Kathryn has been practicing law in South Texas since 2018. Her practice is focused on Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Business Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law, and Civil Litigation. Kathryn handles both litigation and transactional matters involving transfer of property interests, conveyances, title disputes, lease disputes, and both foreclosures and evictions. Kathryn also provides representation in negotiating and drafting right-of-way and pipeline easement agreements on behalf of landowners. In her practice concerning Business Law, Kathryn represents clients through business formations, transfers, and contract disputes. Regarding Estate Planning and Probate Law, Kathryn assists clients in drafting their last will and testament, power of attorneys, and medical directives, as well as probating both testate and intestate estates.

Kathryn was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii, but grew up in Sugar Land, Texas. Kathryn is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have an adorable tri-pawed Pomeranian named Bell, who enjoys sunbathing and taking naps. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys various outdoor activities, including trips to the Guadalupe River, fishing, and playing golf.
