Patrick J. Kelly

Patrick J. Kelly has over 20 years of experience practicing law in Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs and throughout South Texas. His practice focuses in the areas of oil and gas, real estate and civil litigation, along with personal injury and probate law. With the increase of oil and gas exploration and production in South Texas, Patrick assists both landowners and businesses in a broad range of oil and gas related matters, including but not limited to, easements and rights of ways, lease negotiations and disputes, division orders, and other surface issues. Patrick is also involved in a variety of related transactions such as commercial leases, water agreements, and other activities that pertain to the oil and gas development field.

Patrick was a partner with Rodriguez & Kelly, PLLC in Eagle Pass, Texas until he joined Langley & Banack, Inc. in their South Texas offices in 2008. Patrick is a founder and Partner at Longoria & Kelly, PLLC.

Patrick is a life-long resident of Eagle Pass. He is the son of Harry and Rosa Maria Riojas Kelly who were also life-long residents of Eagle Pass. Patrick and his wife, Ofelia, have three daughters, Nelsy, Nadia and Gabriella and two sons, Patrick Claude and Colt. In his free time Patrick enjoys barbequing for his friends and family and a variety of outdoor activities.
